Water Grill San Diego is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations and partner with the kitchen to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will coach a diverse crew, manage daily service, and drive financial performance across the restaurant.

The role requires a minimum of two years of managerial experience, flexible scheduling, and a commitment to standards-driven leadership. You will join a well-established team with strong culinary standards and guest-focused service.

Qualificações

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• 2 years of experience as a Manager.
• College degree in business or hotel/restaurant management preferred.
• Flexible schedule, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Good longevity in previous positions.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to reach up to 6 feet.
• Able to move through 24 inch aisles and spaces as small as 12 inches.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations including ordering, purchasing, receiving, storage, and prep to guest relations.
• Be active across front desk, bar/lounge, kitchen, and dining room during service.
• Manage financial operations: cash handling, invoicing, vendor calls, and account reconciliation.
• Oversee all human resources related to the crew.
• Forecast product needs based on inventory counts.
• Create schedules for one or more workgroups.
• Develop incentive programs and support sales/marketing services.
• Ensure compliance with recipe specifications and food quality.
• Recognize and coach crewmembers.
• Make labor decisions each shift.
• Participate in interviews and selection of new crew.
