Job summary

Water Grill South Coast Plaza is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team, ensure guest satisfaction, and partner with the kitchen to deliver exceptional seafood experiences. You will coach crewmembers, manage daily operations, and uphold quality product and hospitality standards.

The ideal candidate is at least 21, has 2 years of managerial experience, and can work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a manager.
• College degree in business or hotel/restaurant management preferred.
• Flexible schedule required—nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Good longevity in prior roles and ability to lead teams.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and navigate aisles.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations from purchasing to guest relations and service standards.
• Manages front-of-house and coordinates with kitchen for quality product and service.
• Supervises scheduling and labor management each shift; participates in interviews.
• Leads staff development, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Ensures compliance with company recipes, quality standards, and safety procedures.
