Water Grill Santa Monica is seeking a Senior Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations and collaborate with the kitchen to deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will coach the crew, uphold service standards, and drive daily restaurant performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Four years of experience as a Manager in any industry.
• Two years of experience as a Manager in full service, high volume, restaurant.
• College degree in a related field preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Good longevity in current and past positions.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and maneuver in tight spaces.

Responsabilités

• Oversees daily restaurant operations from ordering to guest relations and service standards.
• Maintains presence across front desk, bar, kitchen and dining areas during service.
• Manages financial operations: safe, cash handling, invoices, and vendor relations.
• Responsible for all crew-related HR activities and interviews.
• Forecasts product needs from inventory counts and writes staff schedules.
• Contributes to incentive programs and drives sales/marketing initiatives.
