Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a Respiratory Care Professional (required)
• Current Respiratory Care License in the state they are working (required)
• NBRC credentialed (required)

Responsibilities

• Mentor staff through clinical rounds and practice evaluations
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and participate in data collection
• Serve as Charge Therapist to ensure adequate staffing for shifts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams for patient assessment and plan of care
• Perform respiratory therapies per physician orders and adjust as needed
