Responsibilities

• Serve as shift Charge Therapist, ensuring adequate staffing for patient care areas.
• Assist physicians with bronchoscopy and invasive procedures as appropriate.
• Perform CPR and airway management per ACLS guidelines.
• Administer prescribed therapies and monitor patient responses.
• Instruct patients on therapy use and educate families.
• Document procedures and maintain accurate records.
