Job summary

Greystar maintenance team in Livermore, CA is seeking a skilled technician to handle plumbing, electrical repairs and routine upkeep across a garden-style community. You will process work orders, ensure safety and quality, and support make-ready tasks for new move-ins.

The role requires 3–5 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency with OneSite or similar PM software. The position is on-site with on-call rotations and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience.
• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in property management.
• Must provide own hand tools and use them safely.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with residents and team.
• Proficiency with property management software (OneSite) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and complete work orders from resident requests and perform routine maintenance.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant units and prepare them for leasing.
• Maintain grounds and building exteriors to Greystar standards.
• Inspect work by staff and contractors for quality and compliance.
• Manage inventory and coordinate with Community Manager on supplies and budget.
• Support monthly preventative maintenance and assist in budgeting.
