Greystar is seeking a maintenance-focused professional to oversee and perform repairs and upkeep in a stabilized, garden-style community of 450 units in Alameda. Typical schedule runs Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with a housing discount eligibility and opportunities for quarterly bonuses.

The role requires hands-on maintenance, completing work orders, managing make-ready tasks, and ensuring cleanliness and safety across grounds, exteriors, and interiors in line with Greystar standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to apply logical thinking to define and correct problems.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Must provide own hand tools unless prohibited by State law.

Responsabilités

• Process resident service requests and perform routine maintenance.
• Manage make-ready tasks for vacant units and coordinate vendors.
• Develop standards for community appearance and upkeep to Greystar quality.
• Inspect work and ensure compliance with safety standards and policies.
• Maintain inventory of parts and supplies within budget.
