Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC in San Francisco is seeking a maintenance technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring the physical aspects of the property meet the company’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. Responsibilities include completing work orders, making‑ready vacant units, maintaining grounds, tracking inventory, and documenting repairs.

On-call duties follow a rotation schedule; EPA certifications and a valid driver’s license are required; English/Spanish

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with plumbing and appliance repairs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• English and Spanish communication preferred.
• EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certifications.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance per safety standards.
• Prepare vacant units for leasing and complete pre-move inspections.
• Track inventory and coordinate with the maintenance supervisor.
• Document service requests accurately for tracking.
• Maintain grounds and amenities and perform general cleaning.
