Lennar is a leading homebuilder dedicated to quality and service. The Construction Manager will oversee home construction in assigned communities, ensuring schedules are met, costs controlled, and safety standards upheld.

This role requires coordinating with trade partners, inspectors, and internal teams to deliver zero-defect homes on time. You will lead site activities from pre-construction to final walkthrough, maintain documentation, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance

Competenze

• Experience in residential construction management is required.
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software and tech tools.

Mansioni

• Oversee all construction activities from inception to move-in, managing job sites and supervising trade partners.
• Conduct twice-daily home walks to monitor progress and uphold quality standards.
• Negotiate solutions with inspectors and trade partners to maintain budget adherence.
• Manage daily trade partner communications and invoice approvals.
• Ensure job site safety and adherence to state and federal building codes.
