Job summary

Lennar is hiring a Construction Manager to oversee home construction in assigned communities, guaranteeing quality, cost control, and schedule adherence. You will lead trade partners, conduct on-site walks, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong knowledge of building codes, and proficiency with Build Pro and Procore to streamline workflows and document controls.

Qualifications

• Residential construction management experience required.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and plans.
• Proficiency with construction software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all construction activities from inception to move-in, managing job sites, scheduling, and supervising trade partners to ensure adherence to project timelines and scopes of work.
• Negotiate solutions raised by inspectors and trade partners to support budget adherence and CIP.
• Manage daily trade partner communications and invoice approvals.
• Provide feedback on trade partner timeliness and accuracy to improve relationships and performance.
• Ensure job site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with building codes.
