Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities from inception to move-in, manage schedules and trade partners to maintain timelines and profitability.
• Supervise all construction activities from start to finish, including pre-construction and final walkthroughs.
• Negotiate solutions raised by inspectors and trade partners to support budget adherence and continuous improvement.
