Job summary

Bozzuto is seeking an Executive Concierge in Seattle to deliver exceptional resident experiences and lead a hospitality-focused team. You will greet, engage and assist residents and prospects, while coaching teammates and managing daily operations to maintain a welcoming community environment.

The role emphasizes personal connection, proactive problem solving, and meticulous organization to ensure top-tier service and strong community satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a hospitality, retail, travel or hotel environment.
• Proficient in leveraging social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Schedule: Mon-Fri 7am-3pm and lead by example with Bozzuto’s core values.
• Coach, mentor and train resident services team.
• Provide timely assistance to residents and prospects with care.
• Plan and execute events to engage residents and foster community.
• Build brand loyalty and drive resident retention through positive experiences.
• Generate awareness and excitement via social media; encourage reviews.
• Organize front desk, package rooms, club room reservations and freight elevators.
• Work weekends or evenings as required by shift.
