Job summary

Siemens Energy in Orlando, Florida seeks a Customer Technical Support and Remote Diagnostic Engineer for the North America MGT fleet. You will provide technical support to customers, interact with Application Engineering, Program Management, and Field Service, and monitor fleet performance.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 5+ years in gas turbine operation, with proficiency in Siemens PCS7 and T3000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
• 5+ years of gas turbine operation experience in power generation or mechanical drive applications.
• Strong knowledge of rotating machinery, control methods and auxiliary components.
• Proficiency with Siemens PCS7 and T3000 required; digital literacy essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 technical support for North America MGT fleet and outages.
• Develop service-engineered solutions meeting MGT requirements.
• Monitor RNA MGT fleet data and generate reports and notifications.
• Perform Remote Online Checks and collaborate with global performance teams.
