• Provides technical guidance to adjusters on coverage, liability, and settlement authority for complex issues.
• Directs daily operations, staffing, and coverage across multiple shifts, including seven days per week.
• Establishes performance goals, service standards, and monitors quality and customer service.
• Ensures compliance with policies and DOI regulations across states.
• Participates in committee review processes and supports cross-functional initiatives.
• Recommends operational improvements and manages staffing and budget considerations.
• Acts as liaison with clients, brokers, and internal teams to align strategies.
• Supports enterprise efforts, mentoring employees and participating in projects.
