Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in progressively responsible professional and/or supervisory position within a claims environment.
• 7+ years of complex claims experience.
• Must hold an Adjuster license for applicable states or obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex auto and commercial injury claims, including 1st and 3rd party; supervise litigation file handling.
• Provide guidance on coverage, settlement authority, and case resolution across multiple states remotely.
• Lead operations: staffing, workflow, QA, and compliance with regulations and DOI standards.
