Job summary

Mobilitas is hiring a Commercial Casualty Supervisor, Complex Claims for a remote, nationwide role in the United States. You will supervise complex auto and commercial injury claims, including litigation handling, across multiple states and provide settlement guidance within authority.

You will oversee operations, train adjusters, and ensure compliance with DOI regulations while coordinating with partner clubs and brokers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in progressively responsible claims supervisory roles.
• 7+ years of complex casualty claims experience.
• Must hold an adjuster license for applicable states or obtain within 90 days.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• High School or equivalent with customer service experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise complex auto and commercial injury claims including litigation handling.
• Provide guidance and settlement authority above representatives.
• Manage multi-state virtual claims operations and workflow across shifts.
• Collaborate with partner clubs and brokers to build relationships.
• Ensure compliance with DOI regulations and company policies.
• Lead performance management and staffing across the unit.
