Responsibilities

• Lead reliability qualification plans for platforms like BCD and RF-SOI and new technologies.
• Collaborate with R&D and Fab Engineering; guide device development with reliability focus.
• Partner with PDK/Modeling teams on aging and Safe Operating Area topics.
• Conduct risk assessments and derive lasting solutions from failures.
