Job summary

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. seeks a Reliability Engineer to lead reliability strategy, qualification execution, risk assessment, and improvements across advanced semiconductor and hardware products.

You will partner with cross-functional teams spanning technology development, design, product engineering, manufacturing, test, quality, and suppliers to ensure robust product reliability throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Computer Science, or related field with 4+ years Reliability Engineering experience.
• Master's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years Reliability Engineering experience.
• PhD in Engineering, Materials Science, Computer Science, or related field with 2+ years Reliability Engineering experience.
• 1+ year in a technical leadership role (if position has direct reports).

Responsibilities

• Lead reliability strategy and qualification execution across advanced semiconductor and hardware products.
• Perform risk assessment and reliability improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with technology development, design, product engineering, manufacturing, test, quality, and suppliers to ensure product reliability throughout the lifecycle.
