Act as a lead reliability authority within Tower Semiconductor, providing expert guidance across the organization. Develop and lead the implementation of reliability qualification plans for established platforms such as BCD and RF-SOI, as well as new process technologies such as silicon photonics. Serve as a technical liaison with business units across Tower Semiconductor, proactively guiding device development with a strong focus on design for reliability. Serve as a technical liaison with Tower's PDK and Modeling teams on topics such as aging and SOA (Safe Operating Area). Drive continuous improvement by integrating insights and lessons learned from prior technology generations, while proactively conducting comprehensive risk assessments. Analyze failures to identify potential root causes, collaborating closely with R&D and Fab Engineering teams to develop and implement effective, lasting solutions.
