Broadcom Inc. is seeking a Silicon Photonics Quality/Reliability Engineer to drive the quality and reliability strategy across the Silicon Photonics portfolio.

You will collaborate with development teams to ensure designs meet stringent quality targets, while supporting new product introductions and ramp to high-volume production. You will manage end-to-end reliability qualification for devices and related technologies, develop qualification plans, and lead investigations into failures with

Qualifications

• Experience in quality and reliability for silicon photonics or related semiconductor tech.
• Customer-facing experience with technical teams and customers.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and data tools (JMP, Python, R, MATLAB).
• Knowledge of PPQ and Change Management processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive the quality and reliability strategy for Broadcom’s Silicon Photonics portfolio.
• Manage end-to-end reliability qualification of devices and related tech.
• Lead failure analysis investigations and coordinate corrective actions.
• Partner with manufacturing to enable smooth transfers and ramp to high volume.
• Uphold PPQ and Change Management practices to protect customers and product integrity.
• Prepare and present quality updates, reports, and host customer visits.
