Job summary

Hope Network in Kalamazoo, MI is seeking a Lead Rehabilitation Technician for the Eastwood location on 2nd shift (40 hours). You will lead a team of Rehab Technicians, balance hands-on care with coaching, and coordinate with medical providers to ensure high-quality, person-centered services.

Required two-year degree or equivalent leadership experience, valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and CPR/First Aid certification.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree or equivalent leadership experience accepted with HS diploma or GED in lieu of degree.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, coaching, and oversight for Rehab Tech I, II, and II staff.
• Participates in on-call rotation.
• Attend to administrative needs and coordinate with medical providers.
• Assist with daily living (ADLs), personal care, and medications.
• Support community outings, transportation, and activities.
• Build positive relationships and encourage independence.
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment.
