Hope Network in Grand Rapids, MI is hiring a Lead Rehab Tech for Maplewood-E. Beltline. This on-site, full-time role supports individuals recovering from brain and spinal injuries, providing leadership to Rehab Tech staff and overseeing daily care, scheduling, and safety.

• Two-year degree or higher leadership experience required; HS diploma/GED with leadership experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, coaching, and oversight for Rehab Tech I, II, and II staff.
• Participates in the on-call rotation.
• Attend to administrative needs and coordinate with medical providers.
• Assist with daily living (ADLs), personal care, and medications.
• Support community outings, transportation, and activities.
• Build positive relationships and encourage independence.
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment.
