Hope Network is seeking a Lead Rehab Technician for Eastwood on the 2nd shift in Kalamazoo, MI. This on-site role supports individuals recovering from injuries, balancing hands-on care with leadership duties for a team of Rehabilitation Technicians.

You will supervise Rehab Tech I and II, assist with ADLs, coordinate with medical providers, participate in on-call rotation, and help ensure high-quality, person-centered services while promoting safety and growth.

Qualificações

• Requires a two-year degree or equivalent leadership experience with a HS diploma/GED.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsabilidades

• Provides leadership, coaching, and oversight for Rehab Tech I, II, and II staff
• Participates in the on-call rotation
• Attend to administrative needs and coordinate with medical providers
• Assist with daily living (ADLs), personal care, and medications
• Support community outings, transportation, and activities
• Build positive relationships and encourage independence
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment
