Hope Network in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Lead Rehabilitation Technician to guide Rehab Tech I–III, coach staff, and balance hands-on client care with scheduling and training. The role emphasizes empowering individuals with TBI/SCI toward independence.

You will lead daily operations, participate in on-call coverage, coordinate with medical teams, and ensure quality, person-centered services in a collaborative setting that prioritizes safety and growth.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree or equivalent leadership experience accepted in lieu of a 2-year degree
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and oversight for Rehab Tech I–III staff
• Participate in the on-call rotation
• Attend to administrative needs and coordinate with medical providers
• Assist with daily living activities and medication administration
• Support community outings, transportation, and activities
• Build positive relationships to encourage independence
• Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment
