Hope Network in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Lead Rehab Technician to provide leadership and hands-on care for clients recovering from brain injuries and spinal cord injuries.

You will balance coaching, scheduling, and high-quality, person-centered services while empowering a team of technicians and ensuring safety.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree or equivalent leadership experience with HS diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Background checks and fingerprinting.
• CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, coaching, and oversight for Rehab Tech I, II, and II staff
• Participates in the on-call rotation
• Attend to administrative needs and coordinate with medical providers
• Assist with daily living (ADLs), personal care, and medications
• Support community outings, transportation, and activities
• Build positive relationships and encourage independence
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment
