Hope Network in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Lead Rehabilitation Technician for Forest Glen 3 on 1st shift (40 hours). You will lead a team of Rehab Tech I–III, balance hands-on care with coaching, scheduling, and ensuring person-centered services in a high-quality environment.

You'll empower clients recovering from injuries to regain independence, participate in on-call rotations, and collaborate with medical providers to maintain safety and growth for those we serve.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree from an accredited college or university. Equivalent leadership experience will be accepted with a High School Diploma or GED in lieu of a 2-year degree.
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification

Responsabilités

• Provides leadership, coaching, and oversight for Rehab Tech I, II and III staff
• Participate in the on-call rotation
• Attend to administrative needs and coordinate with medical providers
• Assist with daily living (ADLs), personal care, and medications
• Support community outings, transportation, and activities
• Build positive relationships and encourage independence
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment
