Job summary

IU Health in Plainfield, IN seeks a Refll Pharmacy Technician Supervisor to provide day‑to‑day leadership for the centralized Refill team. You will schedule, distribute workload, and mentor staff while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong patient access to medications.

Reporting to the Refill Pharmacy Manager, you will coordinate training, monitor performance, and act as an escalation point for workflow issues, collaborating with clinicians and pharmacists to drive efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• Indiana Pharmacy Technician License is required.
• Pharmacy Technician National Certification is required (BLS).
• IV admixture experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and pharmacy computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling for the refill team and workload distribution.
• Training and onboarding support for new staff.
• Performance feedback assistance and coaching.
• Serve as escalation point for workflow issues.
• Collaborate with clinicians, nurses and pharmacists to improve processes.
