Job summary

You will coordinate daily workflows, provide training, and partner with clinicians and pharmacists to improve efficiency, accuracy, and service quality.

Hybrid work arrangement after training, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Indiana Pharmacy Technician License required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the centralized Refill team.
• Coordinate scheduling and workload distribution; provide onboarding support.
• Offer performance feedback and escalation for workflow issues.
• Collaborate with clinicians, nurses and pharmacists to improve workflows and accuracy.
