Job summary

Indiana University Health in Plainfield, IN seeks a Refill Pharmacy Technician Supervisor to provide day‑to‑day operational leadership for the centralized Refill team, ensuring timely patient access to medications and compliance with regulatory requirements.

You will schedule, distribute workload, support training, give performance feedback, and act as escalation point for workflow issues, collaborating with clinicians, nurses and pharmacists.

Qualifications

• Indiana Pharmacy Technician License is required.
• Pharmacy Technician National Certification is required.
• Experience as a Pharmacy Technician with Indiana licensure.
• IV admixture experience preferred.
• Knowledge of pharmacy and hospital computer systems and computer-assisted devices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational leadership for the centralized Refill team.
• Coordinate scheduling and workload distribution.
• Provide training and onboarding support.
