Job summary

IU Health in Lafayette, IN is seeking a Refill Pharmacy Technician Supervisor to lead the centralized Refill team, coordinating workflows, supervising staff, and ensuring timely patient access to medications.

You will collaborate with clinicians, nurses, and pharmacists, drive process improvements, and support training. Requires Indiana Pharmacy Technician License, National Certification, and supervisory experience; hybrid work up to 3 days remote after training.

Qualifications

• Requires supervisory/leadership experience.
• Indiana Pharmacy Technician License required.
• Pharmacy Technician National Certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Criminal history must not impair work with drugs.
• Strong mathematical calculation skills essential.
• Knowledge of hospital/pharmacy computer systems and devices preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Typing proficiency and MS Office proficiency required.
