Job summary

IU Health in Plainfield, IN seeks a Pharmacy Technician Supervisor to lead the Central Fulfillment Pharmacy team. The role focuses on defining workflows, scheduling staff, and managing daily workload to ensure efficient operations.

You will train and coach technicians, conduct 1:1 meetings for performance growth, and participate in workgroups expanding centrally provided retail pharmacy services; you’ll work closely with the Pharmacy Manager on performance and strategy.
