Job summary

IU Health in Lafayette, IN seeks a Refill Pharmacy Technician Supervisor to lead the centralized Refill team and support IU Health providers statewide to ensure timely patient access to medications. Reporting to the Refill Pharmacy Manager, you will coordinate daily workflows and monitor performance against standards.

This role requires supervisory experience, Indiana Pharmacy Technician License, and National Certification; IV admixture experience and strong math, communication, and computer

Qualifications

• Indiana Pharmacy Technician License required.
• Pharmacy Technician National Certification preferred; BLS may be required.
• IV admixture experience preferred.
• Strong mathematical calculation skills.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
