Hinge Health in San Francisco is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to be the engine that keeps our hiring moving. You’ll be the first touchpoint for candidates, ensuring a seamless, inclusive, and positive experience while coordinating scheduling and related logistics.

You’ll own high-volume interview loops, maintain impeccable data integrity in Ashby, and partner with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to ensure panels are prepared and on time.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in administrative, coordination, or customer-facing roles.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and the ability to manage complex calendars.
• Strong written and verbal communication with professional email etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Own scheduling logistics for high-volume interview loops with clear candidate communication.
• Maintain 100% data integrity in Ashby ATS and update records.
• Collaborate with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to solve scheduling and prep panels.
