Utility Profit in Austin is seeking a Lead Recruiter who owns recruiting end-to-end, reporting to the COO. You will manage our in-house recruiter and retained search firms, and you will personally source, screen, interview, and close for priority roles.

You will build medium-term talent strategies, keep backups for high-value seats, and collaborate with executives across Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Marketing.

Qualificações

• Hands-on recruiter who fills hard roles personally.
• Experience managing in-house recruiters and retained firms.
• Ability to design hiring plans and contingency pipelines.
• Strong judgment to protect quality and speed.
• Comfort with AI tools to increase sourcing speed.
• Based in Austin; in-person Tue–Thu.
• Experience hiring in the U.S. and Latin America is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Personally source, screen, interview, and close for priority roles.
• Build and run pipelines to stay ahead of openings.
• Write job recs with hiring managers and set expectations.
• Design interview plans and train interviewers.
• Own candidate experience and communicate value clearly.
• Manage in-house recruiter priorities, coaching, and workload.
• Oversee retained agency relationships and SLA alignment.
• Define channels, SLAs, and tooling for recruiting.
• Bring AI into sourcing, writing, and research.
