RecruitAbility Ltd in Austin, TX, is seeking a Principal Search Consultant to lead full lifecycle recruiting for executive and senior roles. You will develop business, source and screen candidates, and present top talents to clients, with ROC support and a hybrid work model.

• 5-10+ years' experience as a Principal/ Full-cycle Recruiter
• Willingness to work in a metrics-driven environment
• Expertise in sourcing on platforms such as LinkedIn
• Experience with an applicant tracking system with strong attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
• Infectious energy and a willingness to try new ways of doing things

Responsibilities

• Develop business through sales/marketing efforts
• Source, screen, and manage candidates through the recruiting and hiring process; or use the ROC to assist
• Communicate with clients, present highly qualified candidates, and provide regular updates
• Collaborate with team members and support staff to ensure search projects success

We are looking for a Principal Search Consultant to join our team who will be responsible for

managing the full lifecycle recruiting process, preferably based in Austin. The best fit for this role will have prior experience with a leading agency with a proven track record of excelling in finding AND filling roles. We want the best Players out there!

What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role

• 5-10+ years' experience as a Principal/ Full-cycle Recruiter (less experience is acceptable with stellar past results)
• Willingness to work in a metrics-driven environment
• Expertise in sourcing on platforms such as Linkedin
• Experience working with an applicant tracking system with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
