Job summary

Imprivata’s recruitment team is looking for a Recruiter to shape, build and scale our organization in a hybrid role based out of our Austin, TX office. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, partner with hiring managers, and build tailored strategies to attract top talent.

You will source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networks, guiding candidates through the process with clear communication and a strong emphasis on a positive experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–5 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Jobvite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from intake to offer negotiation.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop strategies.
• Source and engage qualified candidates via job boards, networks, and referrals.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates and teams.
• Draft and extend verbal and written offers and maintain candidate records.
