Qualifications

• Active SECRET security clearance with eligibility to obtain TS.
• 7+ years of applicable experience in embedded software or real-time systems.
• Experience implementing real-time signal processing in C++ for radar or related domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of real-time embedded software for radar/EW systems.
• Design and implement DSP-focused software across the signal chain.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to derive system requirements.
• Evaluate new technical approaches and contribute to roadmaps.
• Document designs, test plans, and performance results.
• Communicate progress to STR management and customers.
• Conduct performance analysis via simulations and real-world tests.
• Mentor junior engineers and support technical reviews.
