Job summary

The Nuclear Company is seeking a Manager, Reactor Services to lead planning, execution, and growth of reactor maintenance and field service operations for TNC Services. You will oversee outage support, vessel inspections, and diagnostics while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

You will mentor teams, develop staffing plans, and collaborate with utility customers to deliver high-quality service and build long-term partnerships across multiple nuclear facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Power Plant Technology, Engineering Technology, or related technical discipline; or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in reactor services, outages, maintenance, or related nuclear services.
• 3+ years of leadership or PM experience overseeing technical teams/outage execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead reactor services projects including outage support, vessel inspections, internals maintenance, diagnostics, and field services.
• Provide technical leadership ensuring compliance with NRC regulations, QA standards, and plant procedures.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, staffing, budgets, estimates, and execution strategies.
• Monitor performance, schedules, budgets, and KPIs to ensure successful delivery.
• Support proposals, technical estimating, bids, and business development.
