CHILDREN'S SPECIALIZED ABA - Autism Center of Excellence in North Brunswick, NJ seeks a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to guide classrooms, mentor BTs/RBTs, and partner with BCBA supervisors to advance individualized goals. You will provide hands-on ABA, implement BCBA-guided goals, and help lead daily operations.

You will maintain accurate data, train staff, and collaborate with families, while designing engaging teaching materials and supporting family partnerships.

Qualifications

• Active, unexpired RBT Certification required and maintained.
• Minimum 6 months of RBT experience in a center-based setting.
• BCBA student status strongly preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Central Reach encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on ABA therapy one-on-one or in group sessions.
• Implement BCBA-designed goals and procedures, including reinforcement and DTT.
• Adapt strategies with BCBA collaboration and treatment integrity.
• Conduct and help interpret stimulus preference assessments and data collection.
• Keep accurate data, session notes, and program books; document within Central Reach within 24 hours.
• Design creative teaching and therapeutic materials.
