Job summary

NeurAbilities Healthcare is seeking a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Freehold, NJ team. This role focuses on one-to-one ABA services with children, supporting data collection, treatment plans, and collaboration with families and the treatment team.

The Lead RBT will mentor BHTs and assist BCBA teams, traveling between sites; a valid NJ license and 40-hour RBT training are required. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 40 Hour RBT training certificate or evidence of completion.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification.
• 1+ years of experience working as RBT.
• In the process of accruing experience hours required by BACB.

Responsibilities

• Works one-to-one with clients in office, home, or school settings using ABA-based approaches.
• Implements instructional plans and behavior support plans and collects data.
• Maintains client program books and materials; assists clients in daily living, social, academic and play skills.
• Establishes therapeutic relationships with clients and caregivers and promotes replacement behaviors.
• Follows treatment plan goals and interventions with supervision as needed; documents cancellations and sub hours.
• Travels between sites to visit clients and may cover open sub hours at different locations within territory.
