Children's Specialized ABA is seeking a Lead Registered Behavior Technician in Newark, NJ. In this full-time role, you will support care structure, quality, and assist in training and daily operations to ensure effective delivery of behavioral services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience as RBT in a center-based service location.
• BCBA student strongly preferred.
• Required to maintain an active/unexpired RBT certificate throughout your tenure with the Company.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced oversight of Central Reach systems, including training coordination.
• Develop and supervise weekly classroom activities to ensure clinical consistency.
• Oversee supply chain needs and manage inventory for operational readiness.
