Job summary

Children's Specialized ABA in North Brunswick, NJ is seeking a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to mentor teammates, support BCBA-driven goals, and uphold high-quality care across classrooms. This on-site, full-time role runs 8:45am to 5:15pm, with the compensation range of $52,000 to $55,000 per year.

You will manage data, build materials, and partner with families while modeling professional standards.

Qualifications

• Active, unexpired RBT Certification — required, and must be maintained throughout tenure
• Minimum of 6 months of experience as an RBT in a center-based service setting
• High school diploma is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; detail-oriented notes and reports

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on ABA therapy one-on-one or in group sessions with energy and consistency
• Implement BCBA-designed goals and procedures, including reinforcement and DTT
• Collaborate with BCBAs to ensure treatment integrity and client goals
• Maintain accurate data collection, session notes, and program books; document within Central Reach within 24 hours
• Design teaching and therapeutic materials to support learning and engagement
