Job summary

Already autism health is seeking a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (Lead RBT) to supervise and deliver ABA-based therapy. You will implement intervention plans, collect data, and mentor a team of RBTs across home, school, or clinical settings.

The role requires an active BACB RBT certification, 1–2 years of RBT experience, and strong leadership and communication skills to support families and BCBA collaboration.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification from the BACB is required.
• 1–2 years of RBT experience.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by the BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one therapy to clients in home, school, or clinical settings.
• Mentor and train a team of RBTs to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new RBTs.
• Provide ongoing feedback and guidance to RBTs and monitor adherence to plans.
• Record and maintain session notes and data per company policy.
