Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to lead and mentor a team at our Woburn, MA center. You will continue providing high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy while guiding fellow RBTs and collaborating with BCBAs to maintain clinical consistency and client care.

This leadership role emphasizes mentoring, initiative, and building a positive clinical environment with strong teamwork and communication.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of ABA or RBT experience preferred.
• Experience mentoring, training, onboarding, or supporting other RBTs preferred.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles, behavior intervention plans, skill acquisition programs, and data collection.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a positive role model and clinical resource for RBT team members.
• Mentor and support RBTs through hands‑on coaching and feedback.
• Assist with onboarding, shadowing, and development of new RBTs.
• Maintain high standards of client-centered ABA practice and ethics.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to ensure treatment integrity and consistency across sessions.
• Support center culture and operational priorities.
