Job summary

Children's Specialized ABA is seeking a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to guide and mentor junior staff, drive consistent data collection, and ensure high-quality ABA therapy across classrooms. You will work closely with BCBAs, design and implement BCBA-approved goals, and maintain rigorous documentation in Central Reach.

The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and a commitment to innovative, compassionate care for children with autism, with on-site responsibilities at our Clifton

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification and must be maintained throughout tenure.
• Minimum of 6 months of RBT experience in a center-based setting.
• BCBA student status strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on ABA therapy one-on-one or in groups.
• Implement BCBA-designed goals and procedures.
• Collaborate with BCBAs on treatment integrity and client goals.
• Maintain accurate data collection and session notes.
