Job summary

Children's Specialized ABA - Autism Center of Excellence in Owings Mills, MD is hiring a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). This full-time, on-site role supports classroom leadership, mentoring BTs/RBTs, and collaboration with BCBAs to help children with autism reach their goals.

You will provide hands-on ABA therapy, implement BCBA-approved goals, maintain accurate data in Central Reach, and contribute to program development and family communication.

Qualifications

• Active, unexpired RBT Certification required
• Commitment to continuing education
• Excellent verbal and written communication

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on ABA therapy one-on-one or in small groups
• Implement BCBA-designed goals including reinforcement and DTT
• Adapt strategies with BCBA guidance and ensure treatment integrity
• Record accurate data, notes, and program updates in Central Reach within 24 hours
• Develop creative teaching materials to support learning
