Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a Lead Registered Behavior Technician to support our Social Connections Program in Clifton, NJ. The role bridges RBT staff and leadership, aiding onboarding and day-to-day operations with advanced clinical support.

You will supervise classroom activities, coordinate training, oversee data collection, and collaborate with BCBAs on treatment goals while ensuring high-fidelity implementation of procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• RBT certification required.
• Minimum of 6 months RBT experience in a center-based setting.
• BCBA student strongly preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong report writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced ABA services individually or in groups within the program framework.
• Collaborate with BCBAs on goals, data, and treatment integrity.
• Supervise RBTs, mentor team members, and coordinate training on Central Reach.
• Lead classroom scheduling, materials, and appointment coordination.
• Maintain accurate data collection and documentation per standards.
