Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA in North Brunswick, NJ is seeking a Lead RBT for our Social Connections Program. You will support onboarding, classroom readiness, and day-to-day operations with advanced clinical oversight.

You will supervise RBTs, ensure treatment integrity, collaborate with BCBAs, and maintain data accuracy while delivering ABA services in a center-based setting. This full-time, on-site role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma is required.
• RBT Certification is required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience as RBT in a center-based service location.
• BCBA student strongly preferred.
• Detail-oriented on reports and session notes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn Central Reach to document ABA services.
• Maintain active/unexpired RBT certificate throughout tenure.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced ABA services within the Social Connections Program.
• Coordinate with BCBAs to ensure high-fidelity implementation of goals.
• Supervise RBTs and mentor new team members.
• Oversee program materials, data collection, and session documentation.
