Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is hiring a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the Clifton, NJ center. The role focuses on advanced clinical support, program oversight, and staff onboarding, ensuring high-quality ABA services and strong treatment integrity.

You will supervise classroom activities, develop materials, and coordinate with BCBA supervision. The position is full-time on-site with 10:45am–7:15pm core hours and a salary range of $53,000–$60,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma.
• RBT Certification is required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience as RBT in center-based service location.
• BCBA student strongly preferred.
• Detail-oriented on reports/session notes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn Central Reach to provide ABA services.
• Required to maintain an active/unexpired RBT certificate throughout tenure.
• Internal candidates must meet 80% competencies and be in good standing with the company.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Central Reach oversight, onboarding, training coordination.
• Design, develop, and distribute monthly newsletters.
• Develop, implement, and supervise weekly classroom activities and curriculum enhancements.
• Oversee classroom organization systems and ensure compliance with program standards.
• Lead daily schedule planning and coordinate resources across classrooms.
• Oversee supply chain needs by forecasting and managing inventory.
• Lead structured parent communication protocols for ongoing engagement.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and retention programs.
• Deliver advanced ABA services with high-fidelity implementation.
• Coordinate with BCBA to evaluate client goals and progress.
• Maintain client program books and ensure proper documentation.
• Develop instructional materials to enhance learning outcomes.
• Provide clinic-level coverage and leadership when needed.
