Children's Specialized ABA, part of the Children's Specialized Hospital Autism Center of Excellence, is seeking a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support the Social Connections Program. The role emphasizes advanced clinical support, supervising classroom organization, onboarding staff, and ensuring day-to-day operational excellence.

As Lead RBT, you will deliver ABA services, interpret goals designed by BCBA supervisors, and collaborate with treatment teams to maintain high fidelity

Qualifications

RBT Certification is required.
Minimum of 6 months experience as RBT in center-based service location.
BCBA student strongly preferred.
Detail-oriented on reports and session notes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced ABA services in individual or group formats.
Supervise classroom organization and treatment integrity under BCBA guidance.
Coordinate with BCBAs on client goals and progress.
Maintain data collection, documentation, and session records.
Lead onboarding, staff training, and weekly classroom activities.
Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and center operations.
